FAQ

Why does the rechargeable air pump work on intervals?

The air pump automatically stops inflating the shower bag when the real-time PSI reaches 5.0 PSI (default safe PSI). When the water pressure declines to a certain level, the air pump will reinflate the shower bag to maintain steady water pressure.

Why does the air pump stop working?

1. The air pump will enter Safety Mode (stops inflating & no water flow) when not in use.
2. The air pump will automatically turn off in 15min to ensure safety.
To restart the air pump, press the handle on the nozzle and short press the power button.

Why is there little/no water coming from the hose?

Please check if the air in the water hose is entirely pushed out. Long press the handle (or flip up the handle) and turn on the rechargeable air pump.

The shower bag arrived with a kinked hose. Will this affect the use of my shower bag?

No. Since the hose is coiled in the bag for storage, the kink is inevitable but it does not affect the performance of your shower bag.

My shower bag leaks. What should I do?

Perfect Camping Shower — Easy to Use, and Worth Every Penny!

I took this portable shower on my recent camping trip and it exceeded all my expectations! Setup was super simple — just fill with water, connect the hose, and you’re ready to go in minutes. The water flow was strong and consistent, way better than the old gravity bags I’ve used in the past.

Ok we have two different versions of the Dr.
Prepare portable showers.

One of them we use at camp to wash dishes and to do other various chores around camp. That one is not as small and portable because it requires its own separate water source, which is usually a bulky scepter or some sort of water tank, and requires a submergible/rechargeable electric pump to function and pump water.

THIS ONE THO!!! It is its own water tank/source, and uses a foot pump, eliminating the submergible pump, and eliminating the need to charge it as well. We used this on a fishing trip to rinse our boots and our dog’s paws before hopping into the car, which was super convenient!!!

It does come with a rechargeable pump, but having the foot pump option is clutch as a backup when you have no way to recharge it.

Just make sure to keep the valve cover open (pictured) when pumping because we were super confused when we were trying to figure out how to use the manual pump.

10/10 highly recommend!!!

Not Bad!

I've had 3 of these in one year. Broken fitting to leaky bag and the company has sent me a complete kit as a PO replacement.
I'd rather it didn't have problems as this is my main source of bathing.
Would I recommend it, yes for part time use.

Great buy for camping

I’ve used this on a couple of camping trips and has worked great. Used it to wash hands and to wash dishes at camp site. You just have to make sure you pump it up to have good pressure. The reservoir bag will inflate pressurizing the water.

Love it ! Open the cap on the pump so it works lol 😆 I didn’t know you had to open the cap on the pump .. was stepping on it for a long time and it wouldn’t work till I opened the cap to inflate the pump with water
